Holder of a master's degree in chemistry, Rosa Hamoudi discovered the world of hotels and restaurants during an internship.​

A pure product of continuing education, she acquires the knowledge, codes and tools of customer relationship management through her professional experiences.​

She successively held the positions of maitre d'hotel for one of the Groupe Flo brands, seminars and banquets manager for the Concorde Opéra Paris and catering manager at the Hilton Paris Opéra.

Rosa Hamoudi has followed the excellent training courses provided by Ducasse Education, Luxury Attitude and the Hilton University over the years. She has thus developed a theoretical, functional and human vision of the service.​

Capitalizing on her 13 years of experience in upscale hotels and traditional restaurants, Rosa Hamoudi brought her professional expertise and her teaching skills to the design of the Excellence Client Experience ® program.
